If I make an online order on the website, can I collect my order in Store?

Yes if you pre-arrange this with our staff members. Please be aware that there is nothing we can do once the items have been dispatched in the post. Either you need to pre-arrange this with us before placing an order, or contact us as soon as possible after ordering quoting your order number.

Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?

Please refer to our Returns Policy for guidance on what we will accept.

 

Does In-Excess offer home delivery from their Stores & Garden Centres?

Yes, we offer home delivery, however we only offer this to local residents that live within a 10 mile radius of our locations.

 

Are all the products listed on the In-Excess website available in-store to purchase?

No. Our stock varies from location to location, and some items and lines are only available to purchase online.
Please call your local store to check on stock quantities.

 

Can I purchase Timber through the In-Excess website?

No, not currently. We do not have the facilities in place to allow the purchase of timber online. You may arrange a call & collect service with our staff over the phone. 


I placed an order online, but it has not arrived yet. What should I do?

If you believe that your package from In-Excess is over due for arrival, you can try one of the following options:

1. Track the parcel using the tracking number provided to you.
2. Contacting your local postal depot quoting your tracking code to try to locate your parcel.
3. Check that your parcel was not left with a neighbour.
4. Contact us at In-Excess quoting your Order Number and we will see if we can help to locate the Parcel.
